About Armorix
Built by practitioners. Delivered as partners.
We founded Armorix because too many organizations were getting security theater instead of security leadership. We fix that.
Why We Exist
Security leadership shouldn't be a luxury.
Most organizations know they need strong security leadership — but the traditional path means hiring a full-time executive at significant cost, or settling for a consultant who delivers a report and disappears.
Armorix Resilience Group was founded to close that gap. We bring the same caliber of strategic security leadership that large enterprises rely on — and we embed it directly into your organization, on a model that fits your size and budget.
Our work spans physical security, business continuity, crisis preparedness, and executive governance. We don't just advise — we build, train, test, and stand beside you when it matters.
Leadership
Experience you can rely on.
Armorix is led by practitioners who have operated at the highest levels of law enforcement, corporate security, and critical infrastructure protection.
Founder & Principal
Greg Mammana
CPP | M.A. Security Studies, Naval Postgraduate School
Greg brings over three decades of security leadership spanning law enforcement, emergency management, and corporate security at scale. He began his career with the Casa Grande Police Department in 1994 before joining the Tucson Police Department, where he rose to the rank of Lieutenant. In that role he led the Patrol Division, the Tucson Office of Emergency Management, the Homeland Security Section, and the Analysis Section.
Following his retirement from law enforcement in 2017, Greg moved into the private sector — first as Physical Security Manager for Bank of America across Southern Arizona and New Mexico, then at Raytheon as Business Continuity Manager and ultimately Associate Director of Physical Security Operations. In that capacity he directed CAPEX projects, enterprise physical security strategy, and compliance with government security standards.
Greg holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona, an M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and an M.A. in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Homeland Defense and Security. He is an ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and serves on the ASIS International Law Enforcement Liaison Committee.
What We Stand For
Principles we don't compromise on.
Honesty over comfort
We tell you what your security program actually looks like — not what you want to hear. That's the only way to make it better.
Embedded, not extracted
We work inside your organization, not from a distance. Your context shapes our recommendations.
Built to last
We build programs your team can own and operate. When we're done, you're stronger — not dependent.
Tucson-rooted, regionally focused
We're part of the business communities we serve. That means real relationships and real accountability.
Ready to build security in — not bolt it on?
Let's start with a conversation about where your organization stands and where it needs to go.
